Large Mug with incised lines

A large mug with lines incised into the glaze before firing.  Reduction gas fired to 1280 degrees Celsius with a soft, white celadon-type glaze that ranges from white to blue-white. Iron flecks burn through from the stoneware clay body as dark, sometimes iridescent bleeds on the surface. 

Approximately 11.5 x 9 cm / 400ml

Reduction fired in a gas kiln. Maker’s mark at the base.

Dishwasher and microwave safe.
